Are the greeting cards blank inside?
Yes. All handmade greeting cards are blank inside and come with an envelope.
Are the artworks signed? Do artworks come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. All original artworks are signed by me. Original artworks, canvases, mounted photographs, and commissioned pieces also include a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Can I contact you with questions before purchasing?
Absolutely. If you have any questions about an artwork, commission, shipping or anything else, please feel free to get in touch using the contact form.
Are commissions available? Can I request a custom size or subject for a commission?
Yes. I welcome commission enquiries and enjoy creating bespoke artwork tailored to your vision. Please visit the Commissions page and complete the contact form with details of your project, including size, subject matter, preferred medium, and desired completion date.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remainder of the payment (50%) will be due upon completion of the artwork, prior to delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through the website at checkout. You can pay by using your card or apple pay.
How is artwork packaged?
All artwork is carefully packaged by hand with care and attention to ensure it arrives safely.
- Cards, mounted photographs, screenprints, lino prints and other flat artworks are sent in sturdy hard-backed envelopes.
- Tote bags are carefully folded and posted in mailing bags.
- Canvases are securely wrapped and packaged in boxes for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. UK orders include free tracked delivery. International shipping is available; however, please contact me before purchasing so I can provide an accurate shipping quote and delivery estimate for your location.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service used. Commissioned artworks require additional creation time, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
